De bevestigingsmail kwam bijna direct, okay natuurlijk. In die mail was sprake van een t&t-code zodra shipment begint. Die code is nooit gekomen, dat noem ik radiostilte. En dan opeens de 13e dag wordt de loper thuisgebracht, okay natuurlijk.
