good service and price for renewing Microsoft 365 family

I have been buying my annual Office key for a good few years now form Blue Nandu, fast service, open and transparent, friendly emails, would recommend 100%. No delay, my code lands straight into my inbox after payment, trusted company. Cheaper than going direct, this is a case of definitely don't cut out the middle man as he is going to save you money. Keep up the good work.

Previous years purchase of MS Office 365 encouraged me to go back to Blue Nandu. Unfortunately the price had increased £30 more than last year. I searched around and found everyone seems to have put this up by this ridiculously high increase of 33%. Microsoft claiming it's the AI bit that increased it, which considering I do not like or want to use the AI bit, makes it frustrating. So in the end, despite not being cheaper than other sellers, Blue Nandu provide a quick and easy way to buy a license for software. Hence I still will continue to use and recommend Blue Nandu

I found their step by step instructions very helpful and I receive an email once per year to remind me to renew with the step by step instructions and explanation.

Hardly any help from support but long story short I’m now nearly £70 down and a hell of a lot smarter. Not recommended and I’ll wager a guess this review does not even see the light of day. And with a little poof it was gone…

This was 3rd time I've used Blue Nandu. I paid easily, got my key immediately and successfully activated fast. I just clicked through, and it does all the installation etc itself.. Foolproof really..Very easy and reassuring. All straightforward thanks. But a pity the price has shot up so much, and why ? What reason ? It's close to doubled since last time. Still a lot cheaper than MS of course. I can't give 5 stars because it was so successful that I've no idea how they would have handled it if there had been a prob! Plus tbh I'm sure they could have done it cheaper. Some other businesses manage to. Thanks for the no-hassle fast easy key.

Had a decent exchange of emails with BlueNandu re the near doubling of my 365 family renewal price. Was given explanation that this is microsoft adding CoPilot AI to the bundle. Checked this out and confirmed - even MS direct sale price hiked also...but note the AI addition is to the lead user only and not others in 'the family'. I read elsewhere that there can be an AI free subscription for those who aren't ready for it, but I couldn't see a Bluenandu option for this, and ran out of time so renewed. The mechanics of licence renewal worked flawlessly as always.

I have now used this Company for many years. There is never any problem and feel there is good customer support if required. My annual update of Microsoft 365 is problem free and cheaper. I would highly recommend this Company.

Everything was so simple and easy to do

I have purchased from Blue Nandu for several years now and it has always been a pleasure. Received email immediately with product key and instructions. I applied the key to my subscription there were no problems. 12 months added. Excellent. Straight forward transaction. I would recommend Blue Nandu.

This is the third time I have purchased the office 365 from them ..the update is very straight forward but the price this year is much higher...so much so that there are cheaper offers out there

Quick and easy process. Best price I could find for 12-month Microsoft Office 365 Family licence. I appreciated the heads up on avoiding signing up for the automatic Microsoft renewal which, even with the MS deal, would probably work out more expensive than just renewing via Blue Nandu in 12 months' time.

We have used Blue Nandu on several occasions now! It was a name thst was new to us, however we couldn't resist the reasonable price, as opposed to the huge prices the big well known companies are now charging. We haven't looked back! I’m emailing regarding the return and refund of the purchase. As it was an accidentally purchase. I don’t want the item, as it’s not useful for me. I email and call but no one responding.
