We have really tried to help you, but unfortunately, you wouldn't let us.
We have sent you a perfectly working software license. You have activated this successfully and started a subscription that runs until June 2025.
But you have multiple Microsoft accounts and have switched from one to the other. So suddenly, you couldn't find it any more. You called us, and we are there to help. We explained that subscriptions do not just disappear and that the subscription is running on your other Microsoft account. We sent instructions on how to check this. You called us, and we tried to talk you through the instructions, but for some reason you refused to first do step 1, then step 2, and then step 3. We really tried to help, but when you refuse our solutions, yes, we can get a little annoyed after 30 minutes on the phone.
You did not follow our instructions. Both you and your husband claimed over 20 times that there was no subscription in any of your accounts. We explained again that subscriptions do not disappear, and it had to be in one of your accounts. You said again that it wasn't.
The next day, you emailed us, telling us it was indeed in your other account(!) So we were happy, and we thought we were almost there. We sent instructions on how you could make use of the subscription without having to reinstall the software.
After this, you did not contact us again. You decided to buy an extra subscription for almost double the price.
We have sent you a perfectly working software license. Twice, you have confirmed to us that you have successfully activated the license in your Microsoft account. The license code has been used, it is registered in your name, and the subscription is running until June 2025. The license code cannot be used by anyone else any more. So no, we cannot give a refund for a used product.
