I have used this company before and this is the first time I have experienced problems. Their prices are also very competitive.

Suggestions

Blue Nandu promised that if I purchased software from them I would not have to reinstall the software, and it would start from the next end date, giving me a full year. However, when I followed their instructions to renew, I had to reinstall, which took hours. And the software started from the day I installed, so I lost almost a month of my subscription. I sent them an email complaining about this, but so far have not received a reply or solution. It's just extra hassle I don't need.
