I was ordering Microsoft Office and because I hadn't renewed before my previous subscription expired, my OneDrive storage use went over the free account limit and Microsoft froze my outlook and hotmail accounts so I couldn't send or receive emails. As a result I didn't receive the email from Blue Nandu with the new product key. Once I realised why, I contacted them asking them to re-send the product key to a different email account. They responded very promptly - thank goodness! - and I was able to start the new Microsoft Office subscription and get access back to my Outlook and Hotmail accounts. Since any emails received while the accounts are frozen get bounced back to the sender and you don't see them even when the accounts are up and running again, a speedy response was critical. I was relieved and delighted that Blue Nandu delivered - thanks Hans-Peter for the great service, it was much appreciated.
