Have used the company for several orders. Delivery to New Zealand. Easy to use site to select parts required. Quick turn around of order to delivery. Even with freight cost to New Zealand it is cheaper to purchase OEM parts through Star Twin than it is to buy off a local Ducati dealer in NZ.

Google searched for a part for my 2014 Ducati after hearing from US-based dealers that the wait was “unknown”. Placed an order online, paid for shipping, got my part within the estimated delivery window and was back on my bike. I really could not have asked for anything in addition.

I approached my local Ducati dealers in Melbourne Australia for parts to rebuild my Sport 1000S. The local dealer pricing was quite high, with no ability to negotiate a lower rate. And all parts had to be ordered in to Australia. Searching online I discovered Star Twin motors, and of course I was cautious in my first approach. I finally placed my first order, it arrived very quickly, packaged carefully, and even allowing for freight was much cheaper than my local dealers. I have since placed two more orders, everything has gone very well, and the staff are working through the fourth order. Wieger and staff are excellent to deal with.

2nd time ordering, will do again whenever I need an OEM part.

Ik heb eenmaal telefonisch hulp gezocht bij StarTwin, en ben toen goed geholpen. En ook al meerdere malen onderdelen online besteld, en deze werden ook snel en netjes verzonden. Heb nu al aardig wat StarTwin sleutelhangers in bezit :-)

Ik bestel wel vaker bij Startwin, prettig bedrijf met persoonlijk contact.

Parts are easy to look up and the highlights in diagrams sure help out a lot. A base quantity indicator would be a good addition to help people who aren't too savvy with k hdhsnowjng exactly how many of that particular part is required for a full rebuild; 2 x O-rings required for example.
