Olá, Gosto muito do vosso serviço. A maior desvantagem é mesmo o custo de entrega que é bastante caro.

I am in the United States so shipping is a bit expensive but the shipping speed is mind boggling fast. I get parts faster than if I had ordered from a dealer in the US. Once parts are in stock, usually 3 day delivery and Star Twin stocks a lot of parts, probably more than any other dealer I have found. Their prices are also very good which helps offset the shipping costs, it helps to place a larger order.

Easy webshop and very fast delivery. I got my Ducati OEM spare parts to Finland in a week!

Just what I needed, on hard to find parts, just when I needed them. Not cheap, but old ducati parts from discontinued models? Never going to be cheap...

They emailed a picture of the product to insure it was the right color. They shipped it out quickly. Flew it over seas over the weekend. 3 days it arrived. Netherlands to US New Mexico.

Great customer support, very good explanations and help over email and phone to choose the right parts, fast delivery. Maybe the only improvement could be to add a cheaper delivery system for small parts, like screws or similar which always cost 19€. But service in general is fantastic

I got good answers to questions about the products before ordering. Delivery was punctual.

This is my first and not my last order from Twin Star Motors as they were jet fast at getting two new Voltage Regulators for my angry L-Twin 2007 1098s Tricolore and her even angrier sister 2009 1098R TBLE.

Site très bien fournis avec de la pièce d’origine parfois introuvable en concession, des prix qui sont ceux de Ducati sans excès. En ayant fait 2 commandes proches l’une de l’autre, les 2 commandes ont été groupées et les frais de port m’ont été remboursés sans que je ne demande rien. C’est clairement mon site de référence pour ma Ducati !
