I sincerely can not say enough great things about my experience with Star Twin Motors. I am a U.S customer located Alameda California. Initially I was skeptical to say the least but I am glad to say they did not disappoint. They offer exceptional pricing and amazing customer service (swift/responsive). Their website is straight forward and made it easy to select all the parts needed with detailed diagrams etc. BEST of all, true to their word I received my parts on the 10th day!!!! I was very easily able to look up my bike and find the parts I needed. Ordering was easy and the shipment came to the US very promptly (and without duty). One part was actually missing from the original shipment but one email took care of that and the company immediately shipped me the part rush order with no additional charges. So happy I found these guys!!! Highly recommended!

Ordered various items yet and every one was handled very good/fast. In case of missing items without waiting time it was asked how order should be processed. In case of failures (items not shipped, etc.) customer service was extraordinary positive. I‘m going to place future orders again at StarTwin.

Moest zo snel nodig onderdeel hebben in verband motorvakantie. Website beloofd binnen 10 werkdagen levering of bericht wanneer levering. Dit is niet gelukt, mail wordt ook niet beantwoord. Als je een onderdeel niet hebt ook prima, maar laat dat dan weten! Ondanks dat ik het je gun Wieger ga ik dit risico niet meer lopen een volgende keer… sorry
