Original OEM Duc parts at a great price - quick delivery too. I received my order in 4 working days, most impressive. Personal touch service too - I missed a part off my order, just a circlip, but I asked to add the part to my order (couple days before delivery). They added it to my order last minute and on the house - a small thing, but nice touch!

Easy to use web-site, selecting parts required very straight forward. Great communications. Very reliable and quick delivery, better than my local dealer here in Ireland, who I won't use any more because they seem to have to wait along time to get parts or forget to order them, so Star Twin Motors are my first choice now. 5 stars for service. Unfortunately Ducati parts are expensive but that's not Star Twins fault.

Can't fault service, wish parts were less expensive. Prices are my only reservation and shipping costs make it more expensive unfortunately, so if I don't need the parts quickly I do look at alternatives but I do appreciate you can't sustain a business without profit. Keep up the good work.
