Took them 2 weeks to even get the parts in to their warehouse and then another week to get it shipped to me. No communication and updates along the way and every time I reached out took several days to get any sort of reply.

I live in California and ordering parts from Ducati sellers here is beyond price gauged. Example: I purchased all new Ducati 749 engine bearings through a shop and it cost me upwards of 700$. Had I known about Star Twin Motors OEM Shop, it would have cost me around 450$. My first contact with Star Twin Motors was also on a weekend. They are closed on weekends. This quick response got a double thumbs up from me. I wasn't expecting a message until the work week but was pleasantly surprised at the response time. I have purchased everything I need for my Ducati 749 through Star Twin Motors for the engine rebuild. Star Twin is prompt, kind, and efficient. Definitely recommend!
