Product information and descriptions are accurate, clear and complete. Related photographs are detailed and complete. The communication with Marco is excellent. Timely, usually quite fast. Considering the 9 hour time difference, it is not an issue at all. Secure and weather-resistant product packing and related documentation are world class.
