Answering queries is prompt — even at the weekend, in my experience. Packaging is careful and perfect. The choice of UPS as courier was a good move as they seem to be considerably more reliable than some of their competition. Even with import duties added for Britain I am very pleased with my orders. It's also good that items are photographed from all amgles so you know nothing is hidden.
