No customer service whatsover
I placed an order on Sunday, November 26th. The website promised, 'Ordered on working days before 5 p.m., same-day shipping,' and for the product I ordered, 'In stock at our supplier. Two working days longer delivery time.' However, I did not receive an order confirmation, so after six days, I started to worry if the order had been processed at all. Needing the package quickly, I decided to look for the product elsewhere and managed to find it (even at a cheaper price).
On the same day, Saturday, December 2nd, I sent a cancellation request through the Order Details page's message form and via email (with the order number in the subject line). Since I had not received an order confirmation, I assumed the cancellation would go through. On December 12th, as I still hadn't received any messages, I re-sent the cancellation request via email and the form. To be honest, at this point, I was already thinking that this might be a scam, and the entire company might not even exist.
Surprisingly, I then received the order confirmation in my email, and on December 13th, a message saying that the order was ready for shipment. Apparently, no one had ever read my emails or messages.
Today, I picked up the order from the pickup point, and I don't know what to do with it. I would like to return the product because I don't need it, and it was quite expensive. However, I'm hesitant to send the product back because I would have to do it at my own risk, and my experience with the company and its customer service has been so poor.
I understand that the end of the year is a busy time, but as a customer, I expect that promises are kept, and messages are responded to. Now, the order confirmation came 16 days after placing the order, and I received no messages throughout this time.
