I have been shopping here for patio and terrace furniture for a few years, it is my go to place having been disappointed with the alternatives. On arrival you are greeted with a smile and the offer of a great well made coffee to your liking. You are offered assistance without being pushy. The service has always been excellent. On this occasion I asked when my order could be delivered, Tomorrow, I was told. Communication was great and was kept informed of the trucks progress with other deliveries and rough timing of mine which was updated. The driver Harold, is polite and very helpful. He took the furniture upstairs to a top terrace without question. Highly recommended

It was good to find your impressive business and we liked the prducts we bought; cantilevered umbrella and 2 tables and reclining chair. BUT finding the weights , not supplied, involved driving to Granada. With eeihhts supplied with othe umbtella I would have scored 5 stars.

I ordered a new (great) outdoor sofa for our house with De Tropen this winter while we were in Spain. We were supposed to pick it up in March, but due to Covid, there was no way for us to travel there until July. During the time in quarantine, De Tropen assured us that our sofa would be awaiting us as we arrived and had it delivered to our house within days upon arrival. Great customer service that spanned seven months. Other than that, De Tropen is the only place east of Malaga with high quality, aesthetic outdoor furnitures to be found, so if you get the chance - go there! Big place, friendly staff and easy communications.

Everybody at detropen provides excellent advice with very good knowledge of the product. Very helpful overall, good communication prior to speedy delivery. We were able to enjoy our new seating and large parasol one day after our purchase. Thank you very much.

Enjoyed wandering about the display areas. Did not feel pressured to make a decision, or feel pushed into buying a more expensive item. I was given a coffee and welcomed in excellent English by Marcel, which made asking questions so much easier.

Vriendelijke mensen. De tafel die we kochten wordt wel heet in de zon. Er was ons nochthans gezegd van niet.

De tuinmeubelen werden op tijd geleverd en door de medewerkers gemonteerd.
