Prachtige winkel met goede verkopers die je goed informeren over de kwaliteit van de goederen die ze verkopen. Zo ook bijvoorbeeld de verkleuring die door de zon kan ontstaan bij sommige kleuren.

Grootste keuze dat ik hier in de omgeving gevonden heb. En meubels van kwaliteit. Ik werd echt geholpen door de mensen daar die naar mij geluisterd hebben om echt te vinden wat ik wou. Snelle levering, perfekt afgelopen. Ik ben absoluut tevreden op het resultaat. Deze winkel is echt een aanrader.

We bought a beautiful outdoor dining set yesterday lunchtime. Not cheap but excellent quality and value for money. Free delivery and best of all we managed to get a delivery slot for the same afternoon. The dining set was delivered and assembled and ready to use before teatime. Brilliant.

Wir sind mit der Lieferung sehr zufriedem. Es wäre aber besser wenn für Möbellieferungen 2 Mann kommen würden. Nicht alle Leute können bei Bedarf mit anpacken.

We found De Tropen very professional and friendly. Not at all pushy. Lovely showroom with a great range of products. We know the products aren’t cheap but as the saying goes ‘you get what you pay for’. We would highly recommend the store and staff, including the delivery guys who were very helpful and professional.

Vorig jaar een tuinset gekocht. Keurig volgens afspraak geleverd. Dit jaar bleek 1 stoel niet de kwaliteit te hebben die we mochten verwachten. Gemeld en direct de stoel mogen omruilen. Top service! We've been looking for a while to replace our roof-top terrace sofas after the ones we bought from Leroy Merlin basically fell apart after 3 years in the relentless sun. They have a great selection of furniture at De Tropen and also great advice as to the best sofas to buy given the full sun and also the high usage (it's for a holiday rental property). Very happy with our purchase as well as speedy delivery.

I had bought furniture from De Tropen before so I knew what to expect. We were greeted at the door by a very pleasant young woman who offered her assistance. I declined as I had my stepdaughter with me for aid and advice! When we needed assistance we approached the young woman who helped us choose accessories and other stuff. It was a good experience. The same with the person who delivered the furniture later THE SAME DAY. Amazing service in spite of a very heavy downpour of rain.

Wij kochten o.m. een eettafel met stoelen, die heel vlot en helemaal tot op het terras (in de campo) werden afgeleverd. Het blad bleek een productiefout te hebben. Ter plekke werd geregeld dat er ander blad zou worden gebracht. Helaas bleek het probleem met meer bladen te bestaan. Zonder mopperen kwamen ze drie keer en toen het nog niet goed was kwamen ze de tafel ruilen voor een andere. Wat ons betreft top service !

We wanted to replace our patio dining set with a good quality product but ensuring we got good value. De Tropen had an extensive selection some of which was outside of our budget but the advice we received from sales staff was reliable and not overly intrusive. We are very happy with what we bought, which was delivered promptly and to schedule. All staff throughout were helpful and courteous.

Netjes geleverd precies zoals afgesproken, alleen het belletje van tevoren was niet goed doorgekomen. Gelukkig waren we thuis en stonden ze niet voor een gesloten deur.
