We were greeted with an offer of a good coofee as we walked through the door. The service and advice was attentive without being intrusive. The staff went out their way to be helpful. We are going back to order more furniture and because of the outstanding service, we will not be comparing prices or stock with competetors. I highly recommended this company.

Aardige behulpzame bezorgers die alles keurig in elkaar zetten en al het afval daarna weer meenemen. In de showroom ook meedenkend qua ruimte balkon en om extra te proberen ter plaatse extra stoel mee geleverd. Prachtige spullen met goede kwaliteit.

Wie immer hatten wir eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Beratung und die Lieferung und der Aufbau der Möbel erfolgte innerhalb eines Tages. Die Auswahl ist groß und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Vielen herzlichen Dank !

Great customer service in store with staff who really know their products. Delivery service was free and excellent - they found our house in the campo and even assembled the table and took away all the packaging. Excellent service overall.

Very happy with our recent experience buying from De Tropen. The showroom is very well laid out with helpful and informative staff who leave you alone to browse in peace but are quick to advise when asked. The offer of coffee when you enter the showroom is a very nice touch. At no time did we feel under pressure to make a decision. Without the Information given to us in the showroom we would have made the wrong decision about what type of furniture would be most suitable for our situation. The delivery service was excellent too. Very happy to recommend De Tropen.

The experience in the showroom was good. We were allowed to browse and choose our item with assistance but no pressure. The item was delivered free and the very helpful delivery person assembled the parasol and took all the packaging away.
