As for the process of buying, I found it quite easy and pain-free so I'm happy with that. One constructive criticism would be to know what the process when delivering the car looks like, for example, that the person delivering it will arrange the name transfer, which documents you need to provide, etc. (If that was mentioned somewhere I didn't see it). It was also my first time selling a car, I wasn't 100% sure if I had to do anything on my side as well. Overall was a very good experience,

Vriendelijk personeel. Bij de aflevering miste ik de uitvoerige overdracht en instructie waarover gesproken wordt. Nette wagen met nieuwe voorbanden en rondom nieuwe schrijfremmen. Keurig gepoetst en van binnen ook top. Ben er blij mee.

Search and dealing with Sil as vendor was easy. The delivery was especially smooth, with Jurgens the driver providing extra help registering the car. Well done! One note for NATO/diplomatic members: There does not seem to be a means for you to just purchase the vehicle and later register it with the Ministry. Bynco stated they can only sell the vehicle by registering the vehicle with current license plate to you. This means a little added complexity when later registering the vehicle with new, proper plates.

Bynco is fast. Really fast. 10 hours after you save a car as your favorite, you receive a follow-up call. You stop the process, and 2 months later, a different agent in Bynco still has everything that allows them to start from where I drop-off last time. Impressive service consistency. The only drawback is that the English service journey is not consistent enough. In my experience, Bynco service agents have terrific English communication skills while some mail or website information is still in Dutch. However, I think this is a minor issue as we live in the NL and people should learn Dutch or, at least, turn on the Google Translator in the browser. I love this online service and will probably come back and find a new car in future.

We kregen binnen 15 min een betere inruilprijs aanbod, dan veel reguliere garages. Tussentijds zijn we steeds geadviseerd, zonder opdringerigheid of zo. Condities zijn helder en bieden veel mogelijkheden

It was good user experience to chose a suitable car from the website, get the Bynco expert suggestion on the options and helped in making good decision. Ordering the car was quite easy from the website and payment was made upon delivery. Thanks to Bynco for creating good user experience till the car is delivered. Also special mention to the delivery person. he was so cooperative in answering questions about the car. That really helped. Now need to experience the car :)

I've just got my car delivered, so far everything happened in a very professional manner. customer service has been there to support and guide (special thanks to Oeijen & Esther for their support). the only missing thing in the process is the possibility to see the car in person before making the decision (maybe i didn't ask about it). still need to see what happens next. appreciate the experience so far.
