Unfortunate to hear you were not completely satisfied with the service provided.
I 100% agree that we need to improve our service call to see if you are satisfied with the car.
This is something we are working on, but with the current staff timewise it is difficult to plan this in.
That some service issues were lacking is, of course, not good. We trust our partner checks all the fluids and fill them up when necessary. As agreed on, you could have those things done by a nearby garage and we will refund you the costs.
We spoke to each other a few times about the spare tire. As explained, the cars in the Netherlands nowadays do not come with a spare tire anymore, this is an option you can add when ordering a new car. If there is not a spare tire, there should always be a reparation kit in the car, what is the case with your car.
Adding this to the brochure or make a rear storage photo is definitely some good feedback that I will pass on to our team.
