Communication is good and the process is quick. Not much control on the actual service, it is just a website that connects people with dealers, so not alot can be managed by Bynco. In theory, there are guarantees that the cars are in good condition, but in reality, you never really know.

Update van 1 naar 3 sterren: Na het schrijven van de negatieve review is er contact opgenomen en is alles netjes opgelost. Oorspronkelijke review: Het koopproces en de service en begeleiding gaf ik 5 sterren. Totdat je helaas een auto hebt gekocht waar wat vreemde dingen mee aan de hand lijken en er geen onderhoudshistorie getoond kan worden. Met een dure auto van 4 jaar oud zou je dat wel verwachten. Inmiddels ruim 4 weken na retourmelding nog steeds mijn aankoopbedrag niet terug ontvangen. Hiermee voldoen ze niet aan de wet kopen op afstand. De auto werd 5 dagen na retourmelding opgehaald. Daarna bleef de auto nog ruim 2 weken op mijn naam staan en betaalde is dus wegenbelasting en verzekering terwijl ik de auto niet meer in bezit had. Inmiddels weer ruim een week verder en nog aan het wachten op het geld. Gaat om een aanzienlijk bedrag dus ben erg teleurgesteld in het bedrijf. Klinkt allemaal mooi, totdat je dus gebruik maakt van de 14 dagen retourservice...

Very prompt and wonderful delivery. Customer service and administration was good. Especially the sales guy and the admin people followed me everytime to respond to my queries. I had some issue with the car initially, admin team immediately worked on to solve the issue and it was done and I’m happy with Bynco. Right Place to buy a car.

Meerdere keren telefonisch contact gehad. Alle keren zeer vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Men nam alle tijd om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Voor de meer specifieke vragen werd een belafspraak gepland met de persoon die meer kennis op dat vlak heeft. Ook toen werd alle tijd genomen om de vragen te beantwoorden en te ondersteunen bij het maken van de juiste keuze. We hadden iets meer uitleg over de werking van de auto verwacht bij de levering. M'n omdat we een overstap hebben gemaakt van benzine naar elektrisch. Ook hebben we veel mailtjes ontvangen gedurende het hele proces met vaak overlappende tekst. Had wel iets minder gemogen. De auto had op enkele plekjes een speldeprik waar de lak af was. Was netjes geweest als dat was aangestipt.

Delivery period was fine. Few days later we had a question about tyres but reaching your firm was not easy as before buying - we sent email but not got a response - one day we could not reach you with calling, another day we finally reached and asked our question About tyres, we expected that those are four-season tyres but learned that those are summer tyres (that info not written on webpage of the car in Bynco)

I purchased car in January and got the delivery in February, so the there is waiting period even after payment/ financials are cleared. The car was in good condition, but had few stains on the back seat. The power window control buttons on driver size had cracks and the silver designer strip at edge was lose. After 2 months I found the car was blocked from parking at parkbee, I understand there so much that the bynco can do but it was bad experience. So I recommend bynco to add parking services fines/ dues in check list for the cars. Overall I'm fine with the experience of bynco's service as for me car's performance and comfort were important which I received what was advertised on the site. If I didn't had above issues would have given 5 stars

I applied for financing for multiple cars and never heard back from them. They put you on hold endlessly and do not respond in time to queries. When i had a chat with them regarding my application status, they said they dont have any records of my application. Utter waste of my partners and my time!!!

I've enjoyed a great first experience with Bynco. Through my initial questions regarding different cars to receiving the car I bought I have received great customer care throughout. Car delivery was prompt and the paperwork was very easy. Through email and by telephone Bynco have been very clear throughout the buying process.
Purchasing experience in itself is really thrilling. The quality of the delivered car is as high as expected, clean from inside and outside, everything is working like a charm. Still to judge their promises about warranty and maintenance-free year, but I expect them to be as good as I experienced. Bit expensive, but it pays off.
