Bynco is Amazing - Partners very bad
I must say Bynco was always very expat friendly and explained clearly every question on the way. Great English level and guidance for whoever is not native from NL. 100% recommendable.
Bynco's major failure (and the reason why I do not give 5 starts) are their partners that I had dealt with:
DTC: The financing partner, in general the response time when I missed a signature or a document was very long (2 or 3 working days to tell me I forgot to sign a paper, ok my fault but why so long to reply?), if you really want a financed car this might lead into missing an opportunity due to the long response time. Also not clear information into the banking options and benefits (luckily I ask a lot). But the worst experience I had was one comment that can be understand as discrimination, however I think was not their intention and they rectified, I do think it was inappropriate and demonstrate low empathy from the employees to the expats customers. I could explain further on this if necessary, this should not happen and might tarnish Bynco's reputation.
CAR owner company: I had the bad luck that the car I choose, it was in the hands of a very busy supplier which lead into a 2 weeks delivery time (the reason I received is because some optimization works were going to be done in the car, which however I did not see since the car was very dusty inside by the way), but ok. The supplier arrived more than 2 hrs late to the appointment for the car delivery (with one call 1 hr later than the appointment, mentioning they were delayed) . On the other hand they were very friendly and apologized about the delay, also they solve together with Bynco a small problem that arise last minute.
Conclusion, I really recommend Bynco, it was an exciting experience to find a car with them, the platform is great, the warranty is amazing and is a pity that their partners are definitely not on their same level, my recommendation to Bynco is to choose carefully the partners they deal with.
