I've bought a 25k euros worth BMW from them on the 18/01/2023. 2 weeks later i had a problem with the coolant system of the engine. They told me to call autotrust and take the car to a garage which they are working with. The garage replaced the water pump and the thermostat and told me that everything is fixed. Unfortunately, a week later I got the same problem and the car broke down on the highway ! My insurance company (not them!!!) towed the car to the same garage on 27/02/2023. The car stayed in that garage for repair until 08/05/2023. They have replaced some other engine parts which took them 3 months to give the car back to me. 15 hours after I picked the car up, I got the same problem AGAIN !!! I think I have been scammed by buying this faulty car which cannot be fixed by the garage. Bynco is not taking responsability. I would definitely not recommend buying car from Bynco. Otherwise you might end up paying the car but not being able to drive it.

Supersnel geregeld, goede inruilwaarde, perfecte aflevering en een jaar garantie. 2 weken op proef zonder verplichtingen. Mijn 2e auto via Bynco, ik ben zeer tevreden!

It was great to speak to an expert as I am an expat and recently moved to NL. Bynco provided expert guidance on cars that I was interested in and recommended better options of a particular make and model. The process was simple and the vehicle was delivered on time. Door Bynco goed geholpen met het maken van de keuze voor een andere auto.

Vlotte, vriendelijke en duidelijke uitleg over de aankoop en inruil. De aflevering was ook niet anders dan goed te noemen.

Na heel veel zoeken op het internet naar een FIAT panda kwam ik terecht bij de firma Bijnco. Ik heb al van alles op het internet gekocht maar nog nooit een auto en dit vond ik wel een beetje griezelig. Maar wat een geweldige ervaring tot nu geen enkele spijt, ze hebben een geweldige sales en after sale, staan altijd klaar om je vragen te beantwoorden. Overall, the service is great! We had a little issue with financing partner of Bynco, but apart from that it was very good - Bynco team did a great job in explaining how delivery process works, answered all our questions & even sent us a hand-written card congratulating on the purchase of new car!

Very nice team. Communication is very clear on each step on purchase. Bynco provides good condition cars with Bovog warranty which gives good trust for customer to purchase the car.

Absolutely gorgeous, from the first moment I contacted them for purchasing car, until delivery and after. I was informed of all the details and steps to follow. At the moment I did 500 km with the new car and I am particularly excited. If I were to buy another car again, I would definitely turn to Bynco with great confidence.

Redelijk goed

I bought a used car from Bynco and I wanted to wait atleast 1 month before leaving a review. After 1.5 months, I can confidently say that I am very happy about the experience in every aspect of the entire process - enquiry, trade-in, delivery, overall communication, after sale service/ support. I just had one small issue related to windshield wiper which had to be replaced and the costs were reimbursed by Bynco as promised. I would highly recommend Bynco!

Hoe kan het nog beter je nieuwe auto wordt voor de deur afgeleverd plus dat hij goed is nagekeken door het Bynco thiem op alle punten sowel innerlijk als uiterlijk van de auto en motorische punten hierbij van mij een 10 plus voor het Bynco thiem je zit gewoon thuis lekker op je auto te wachten Hendrik de leeuw

Nogal sceptisch van aard dacht ik eerst zien dan geloven, maar ik ben aangenaam verrast. Van aanvraag tot aflevering een super service. Ook de nazorg is geweldig. Top bedrijf. Ik ga genieten van veel veilige kilometer in mijn "nieuwe" Renault Captur. Bynco bedankt.

Bynco was really handy for me as a first time vehicle buyer in the Netherlands. Most of the other websites to buy used cars list the cars but then you have to go the dealer and check the car yourself. You also need to get the vehicle inspected by a third party. This process is not so convenient if you don't have a vehicle already with you. Bynco takes hassle away and has a 14 days(~1000 km) reflection period as well.

Car bought about two weeks ago, 400 km after. Everything was straightforward and easy, bought the car and was infromed of everything by phone and email. Since I had a driver licence of a country other than the one I reside in, the car couldnt be delivered to the home and instead to a specific location for the paperwork. Was given a 2 hour window for the car delivery. The car is in good condition and was infromed of defects in advance. The 5 year old car still had the factory battery which was a bit low and not fully charged but that is very minor. Overall very easy expirience and no problems so far.

Fijn zaken doen met bynco. Zij boden een mooie inruilprijs voor mijn auto en waren makkelijk bereikbaar voor vragen ed.
