De auto werd op tijd en mooi schoon afgeleverd. Er werd een duidelijke uitleg gegeven over de auto. Op naam stelling werd direct en snel geregeld. Start-stop systeem leek niet te werken. Hier werd meedenkend en oplossend in meegedacht. Ik ben erg tevreden met de auto.

Buying a car for the first time was made very easy using Bynco as they helped me and guided me through the whole process. They were also very truthfull when asking questions regarding the price and process and this helped a lot as I am an expat and not entirely sure regarding the process and could easily be misled. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Een auto kopen via Internet is wel iets anders dan bij een dealer de showroom inlopen, dus ik was best wel septisch. Echter op al mijn vragen kreeg ik een, voor mijn gevoel, prima antwoord. Ook de levering van de auto aan huis verliep conform afspraak. Al met al zeer tevreden.

Bynco has always been customer centric, easy process and good delivery. i was super happy with my car (second car i buy from Bynco), and happy with the 200 euros discount voucher i was offer and supposed to offer to someone ..i wanted to use it to buy a second car from Bynco in the next coming weeks. i was surprised to receive a call from Bynco to tell me ''you can't use the the 200 euros discount; it's meant to offer it'' fine ! if 200 euros is a big deal then i'd buy my second car from another company ! which i did; 200 euros is nothing but it matters when you boldly call your customer who was about to order another car just about 200 euros. thanks ;)

I chose a car that was 2019 on the description only to find out on the delivery that it was 2018. That makes a lot of difference on the price. The car had a fault alarm light and has to go to a garage. I returned the car.

My car was in excellent condition when delivered and completely matching the specification. Overall experience is super. Must recommended.

Eerlijksheidshalve moet ik bekennen dat ik, zoals velen volgens mij, nogal sceptisch stond ten opzichte van het aanschaffen van een occasion online zonder deze echt gezien te hebben. De 'proefrit' van twee weken was een sterk argument om een auto te kiezen en bestellen, zonder spijt achteraf. Er bleek een onvolkomenheid aan de auto, de airco werkt niet. Maar na een telefoontje naar Bynco, waar je uiterst vriendelijk behandeld wordt, werd ik volkomen gerustgesteld. Ik kan de auto naar een merkdealer in de buurt brengen om onder garantie dit euvel te laten repareren. Ik kan Bynco absoluut aanbevelen. De auto is in orde, de beschrijving was accuraat en de manier waarop je begeleid wordt bij je aankoop is uitstekend. Pluim voor het team van Bynco!

I just received my vehicle from Bynco. Man... What a car... I bough a VW T-Rock with low milage and the car is everything I expected and more. The guys at Bynco must have had a lot of patience with me, being from South Africa, patience is not one of my virtues. I am set in my ways and expect only the best service and they provided. The delivery time of the vehicle was long, but this was due to the dealer and was no fault of theirs. They were patient, professional and extremely helpful. They had amazing knowledge on the foreign drivers license to insurance. They gave me amazing service. Thank you... I appreciate the assistance in getting my car.
