Tijdens een videogesprek kwamen we samen tot een tweetal auto's. Nadat ik de keuze had gemaakt werd alles helder uitgelegd en was de communicatie uitstekend. De auto werd op de afgesproken dag afgeleverd en mijn oude auto werd meegenomen. 2 weken proeftijd en een leuk kaartje in de bus met felicitaties!

Een leuke en makkelijke manier om een gebruikte auto te kopen. Ben helemaal blij met m'n autokeuze, gemaakt naar aanleiding van een prettig adviesgesprek met auto-expert Niels. De aflevering verliep soepel en de auto is helemaal naar wens. M'n volgende auto koop ik zeker weer bij Bynco.

The customer service, support, delivery and all services were really nice. The car had some minor problems, such as the passenger side loud speaker, but of course, that's been solved by the 6-months warranty. So overall, great experience with Bynco!

Na een slechte ervaring bij een dealer besloten een auto online via bynco te kopen. Had twee auto's op het oog die dichtbij mijn woonplaats werden aangeboden via bynco website. Die in het echt bekeken om indruk van kleur te krijgen. Model en type waren gelijk. Keuze gemaakt en proces via bynco begon. Verliep precies zoals beloofd wordt met goede communicatie. Na periode van auto klaar maken was de grote dag daar en werd de nieuwe auto voor de deur afgeleverd. Papierwerk verliep soepel en even later kon ik mijn oude trouwe auto uitzwaaien en plaatsnemen in de nieuwe. Na uitleg van functie's ben ik een eerste rit gaan maken. Inmiddels staan er al aardig wat kilometers extra op de teller en bevalt de auto prima.

Prices: Reasonable (I compared prices of similar car at 2-3 local dealers) Overall: Customer friendly experience.

Heating steering wheel is not present as advertised. Keyless START/STOP is not present as shown in pics at the time of placing the order Folding mirrors which is advertised does not mean that i fold it with my hand and it is not a good to validate that electronic folding is not mentioned as states by the support team. Passenger seat is is faulty which bynco said would pay of the repair costs. Expected that it would be checked before delivering the car. The mileage on the car in advertisement is 9500 kms and after few of placing order got a call to state that it would be around 12500kms. Got it at 12588 kms. On top of all these things. The pics are being changed after placing order and just before delivery and some like heated steering wheel pic is changed after I stated to the support. I felt like i am doing all the “Check check double check”.

From day one when I reached out to Bynco and did the query on the Zoe I experienced a company that is focused on their customer's needs. Customer centricity seems to be at the core of this business. The personal touch, communication done to perfection, I was never in the dark about anything. All was clear. Paperwork done on time with no need to run back and fix items. They delivered on time and never missed a commitment. (From opening the Bynco website till delivery was done at our doorstep was an absolute pleasure) I will recommend Bynco and their staff to everyone looking for a vehicle. I even got a hand written postcard via the postal system congratulating us on the new car. 10 out of 10 Bynco. Not a single person in your organization disappoint. Inmiddels heeft Bynco haar voorwaarden aangepast en komen alle auto's nu met 1 jaar APK + BOVAG. Daarmee gaan ze voor mijn van 3 naar 5 sterren.

Overall it was a good experience. The service is great, conditions seem fair and their business model is transparent and quite modern. Personal contact to bynco was always easy and super friendly. Unfortunately, I received little information on technical details of the car - which is particularly important when it comes to electric cars. After having asked for specific information, some of it turned out to be wrong after I had received the car (charging capacity of the car - which is quite significant).

Transparant and smooth - The end to end process was flawless. The car was delivered clean and in good condition. I hope I do not have to use the two year warranty I have opted for

Buying something online is very common nowadays. However, when it comes down to cars, I was still a bit hesitant. I knew the company from my husband friends who both had positive experience. When I saw the car I want, I decided to give a try. I am really happy about the whole process, from purchasing, delivery to customer service. And of course also really happy about my car as well.

I bought Volvo V40 from Bynco. Best part is that, especially if you are foreign or expat here in NL, you never need to know any official procedure as Bynco reaches you both calling and sending e-mail, clearly describing everything you need to know. In the attachment of mail, there is a pdf in which, all the documents you need is described with samples in detail. On the other hand, all the process was very smooth and quick. Everything about the car was just like it was described in the website. The person came just in time agreed. The car was in a very good condition, inside and outside was very clean, everything was in order. I recommend Bynco without any hesitation.

De kennismaking met Bynco is in 1 woord fantastisch te noemen. Duidelijke site en de mensen die achter de schermen werken zijn meer dan professioneel. Altijd goed bereikbaar en je weet altijd waar je aan toe bent. Vooral de persoonlijke benadering spreekt mij heel erg aan. Na afhandeling vd aangekochte auto loopt alles zoals het moet lopen. Verder verdient de nazorg en aandacht een compliment. Dus bij deze een dikke 10, tot de volgende aanschaf van een nieuwe auto. Want Bynco heeft wel degelijk een toegevoegde waarde die ze op zeker waar maken! Nogmaals bedankt voor de service!

Bynco made a process that I had been dreading (buying a secondhand car in a foreign country) very easy and transparent. In summary they have helpful staff, there were no pushy sales pitches and it was always clear what the next step was. The costs of the vehicles were always clear.

voor het eerst een auto op afstand gekocht. vanaf het begin ben ik door bynco goed begeleid. zelfs na aanschaf hebben ze contact met mij over of alles naar wens is. bynco is voor mij betrouwbaar, een top bedrijf. zij doen wat ze beloven.

Buying a car online ? What a strange idea at first ... And this was a first for me. But it did not disappoint one bit. Bynco was following through every step of the way making sure I was comfortable with the process. The car arrived on specified date and time, and was in mint condition, absolutely clean, with protective sheets, just like a new car. Bynco offers a great customer service, and even a hand written post card signed by my contact to wish me enjoyment with my new car was sent to me the following days. They have a very efficient and oiled process. The car was registered to my name the same day I received it, and the official registration card landed in my mailbox the following day. Would I renew the experience with Bynco should I buy another second hand car ? That's a no brainer.
