Bach flowers mix 40: Menopause - Having coped with symptoms for a couple of years and getting no were fast, I thought I would give this a try. I hadn't realized just how much this mix had helped until my first bottle had run out. Within a few days, I was back to having headache, sweating and not sleeping well. I soon realized that it was this remedy that had made such a difference to my everyday life. I am now on my second bottle and even just after a few days, I am already feeling the benefit.

An easier way of adding the 30 drops in one go, as I like to add this to a bottle of water and drink throughout the day. Maybe a mark on the dropper that shows the equivalent to say 10 drops.
