The service was excellent, we had all our questions answered promptly. The mix our dog is on is excellent it works for us, we use it for a month and notice results when we run out and notice the old pattern returning luckily the next batch has arrived and our dog is picking up again. I would definitely try it

I contacted Tom for advice and guidance on a remedy over 2 years ago when i was going through a particularly challenging time in my life and I was grateful for his help and knowledge in obtaining the perfect mix to assist me. The remedies I have purchased over the years have always worked and improved my situation and have been invaluable. I am very satisfied with the way of communication, advice to my personal needs and explanation of the product. I have only just started 3 months treatment, will see later how it all works. I select my own remedies. Treat my animals (horses, dogs with help of my bach flower remedies for animals book and my trusted dowser. Have been treating my grandson (5) who has ADHD, is on the autistic spectrum and has problems at school. The school suggested a unit for learning difficulties and we told them that at present we were giving him bach flower remedies. Very much to our delight his teacher informed us he was improving and said "keep on giving him the remedies!" He still has problems focusing for longer but the improvement surprised even his teachers who had given up on him. Toms fast response to my orders, which can be erratic at times is much appreciated - Thank you Tom

Very satisfied with such a quick response from Tom after I seeked advice on the best mix for my concerns. Delivery was reasonably quick too considering its in another country.
