Communication has been very good and the ordered items arrived quickly. I cannot as yet comment on the efficacy of the Epilepsy for Dogs medication as it has only been used for a very short while. I am remaining both optimistic and open minded at this stage.

After an initial blip - my first order arrived broken in transit. Tom sent me another shipment free of charge which arrived in days. Can’t fault the service - hope the product lives up to expectations.

The instructions that come with the products are really helpful and my cat is much happier and better behaved since using these remedies

I have a very nervous dog who has been taking a special blend that Tom made up for him after a thorough communication in which he went through all of LUCA'S issues.I bought a 3 month course & there was a great improvement but still the odd issue.I contacted Tom again & he tweeked the mixture a little & there has been no problem since,I have therefore decided to keep Luca on this permanently.Having come this far & seen the results I have now bought mixture 51 & will review again in due course.

We got drops to help with excessive barking for a dog which we had just taken from a rescue society. The dog had only been on the drops for one week when unfortunately, for other reasons, we had to return the dog to kennels. In the time we had him there was no difference in his barking behaviour but to be fair it was no where long enough for an accurate evaluation. Have great confidence in Bach remedies so would use again.

Professional a no hassle purchase and very quick delivery

As a company and delivery no problems. Unfortunately the product is having little effect on the dog. Barking is just as bad and I have ordered three months of your remedy currently half way through first bottle with no sign of any change. I have used your products before and found them very good which was why I purchased a course for my dog.

The remedies from Tom have literally turned our lives around. We were having a lot of behavioural problems with four resident cats - we had rescued two from Cyprus and did a very slow careful introduction to the two resident felines. However, not being particularly experienced with cats (I came to be a cat lover relatively late in life) I did not realise how many tensions were simmering under the surface. I grew used to listening to the spats, the hissing and growling, the fur found lying around the house, and the caterwauling that would rouse us in the middle of the night from our sleep. Things came to a head last summer and I started researching the various options available to us. This including rehoming some of the cats which would have been a heartbreaking resort, and one of utter failure on my part. I discovered Tom online and emailed him, explaining the situation. Since we started on the remedies, our lives have changed and we now have 4 peaceful co habitants, all four are male neutered and they actually live peacefully together, sharing space and territory without any problems whatsoever. It is truly an incredibly story and the x factor in turning their lives around, and ours, have been the flower remedies. I cannot recommend highly enough, I urge anyone who reads this and is hesitant, to try them. They really do work - and fast.

I started taking the bach flower mix 60 for PMS and it really works! It is the only thing I have found to relieve my symptoms of tension, stress, irritability and tearfulness. It is a miracle worker. I am so so thankful that finally I have a remedy I can count on to stop PMS for good!!! Also the Bach team have been so supportive of any questions I have and answer emails very quickly. My parcel went astray and Tom sorted it out very quickly - impressed! Would love to know the different remedies used in the mix. Quite happy to give it the time needed as always been a fan of Bach remedies.

I have a Bichon/Poodle who is very hyper & excitable & over reacts to many things.The vet thought maybe epilepsy but I was unconvinced as have had a dog with seizures & Luca's behaviour was not typical of epilepsy. I didn't want him on strong medication if not necessary so got in touch with Tom.After a detailed report of all Luca's issues a special mix was made .Started this at the beginning of August & Luca calmed noticeably but then our Rottie aged 10 had to be put to sleep which caused upset & there was no further improvement with Luca having his funny turns about once a week.We continued with the drops & things settled down again & we were hopeful. Tradegy struck again at the end of September when we suddenly lost our Staffy who was Luca's best pal & again things went downhill with the first weekend after that very stressful & Luca being out of it for several hours both days.We kept up with the drops throughout & for the last 5 weeks all has been well with no funny turns at all.We were nearly at the end of the 3 month supply so I contacted Tom again & explained that there was still the manic barking when anyone comes to visit & Tom has adjusted the mix accordingly. I am very pleased with the outcome & think if we had not lost 2 dogs within a short amount of time the drops would have worked sooner but I have had nothing but help from Tom & have purchased a further 3 months supply of the adjusted drops.I am very happy with the product, service & advice from this supplier.

This is the second time I have bought from Bach Flower Advice. The mix has been delivered promptly considering they are not UK based. Excellent product, I don't need to take the recommended amount but the drops really make a difference to me - menopause mix

I'm not disappointed with my product; I'm disappointed with the service provided by Bach Flower Advice. I ordered two products, two different flower mixes, and received two of the same mix in error. I contacted Bach Flower Advice and was asked to send back the incorrect one, meanwhile they would forward the correct one to me. I asked them to provided a pre paid postage form and they were unable to do this. Instead, I had to pack up the incorrect package, take it to a post office and pay for the postage. I sent a proof of postage on the day I posted the item requesting a refund of the cost. I received an email from Tom 2 days later (Monday) stating he would pay me "at the end of the week". This was not done and I had to enquire again for the refund. All in all I had to wait 10 days until they were ready to refund the postage to me. Not a brilliant first time experience, I'm afraid.

Good advice from Tom, very quick delivery and the website is easy and clear to navigate. Personally I would have liked to know exactly what Bach flowers have been used in the remedy that I ordered but this is just a personal preference. Only just started using it so can't comment on how well it is working at present but thanks for your help.
