I received an answer to my inquiry about a tile (placed in the middle of the day in the US) almost instantly despite the lateness of the hour in Europe. Mr. Regts was extremely courteous and helpful. I requested special shipment accommodations which Mr. Regts was kind enough to provide. Once shipped, order arrived faster than similar post delivery within the US. The tile arrived carefully packed and was beautiful.

I haven’t unpacked the contents of the package of tiles not wishing to disturb the contents until the builders are ready. But, thank you for all your help in the purchase process. Here’s keeping fingers crossed everything goes as anticipated.

I saw a reproduction of this Adam and Eva tile for $12 and was then astounded to see an original on the Regts website. I hesitated about spending 300 Euro, sight unseen, but as soon as I saw this original, historic Delft tile, I was glad I had bought it. I even love the small areas of wear and tear on the tile's edges and surface. It is over 340 years old, after all. Free shipping was a factor in my deciding to purchase the tile. The tile was shipped to me on the west coast of the United States at lightning speed. DHL sent frequent updates. I knew when the tile was shipped, when it cleared customs, when it arrived at various transit points. Before it seemed possible, I was signing for the well-wrapped package at my door. I inherited my father's interesting and varied folk art collection of Adam and Eve art pieces. The tile is a welcome addition to this collection and is now a centerpiece.

I have worked with Durk over the past two years on a personal project for my home in Vero Beach, and he has been informative, attentive and a consummate professional. In addition, their products are unmatched in my opinion. I look forward to working with him on future projects as an interior designer.

My tiles were installed on my kitchen backsplash yesterday and grouted today. They are just perfect. The color variation and tile variation is spot on.

I have purchased various tiles over the years from Regt’s so that i can donate them to both a very large private collection at my old college Dutch Renaissance clubhouse and the Biblical -themed ones to my local parish church when they renovate. Eventually I would like to install some in my future home as they add light and color to a room and always look good. Better than what sterile modern interiors could ever provide. They are best kind of heirloom. It celebrates our heritage in the simplest and most humble way possible.

I saw the tile I wanted on Instagram, was able to buy it immediately on the Regts website and it was packed and sent the same day. The condition was as described and I got a great book about tiles too. I was nervous buying off the web, and from overseas, but I need not have been. DHL kept me informed of the delivery all the way and I sorted the import taxes through them too. Now I know how easy it is I’m sure I will be buying from Regts again!

I honestly couldn't believe the tiles arrived at their destination in the United States in less than 72 hours. Well-packed! As the tile was a gift, I have not seen it up close but the box was heavy enough to indicate that it was extremely well packed.
