Wonderful service! A pleasure to deal with. I ordered some new undecorated tiles to mix with antique 18thC tiles and they were able to colour match the white to one of the tiles of the same pattern as mine in their archives. Very prompt shipping to UK with good packaging.

It's hard to know where to begin! Customer service at such a high level is nearly a lost art, especially here in the United States. It is no coincidence that Durk's command of the English language is better than that of some of my colleagues. After passing by his window display on the Grote Kerkstraat in Leeuwarden and sending an e-mail inquiry, I found myself looking at beautiful Delft tiles and holding them in my hands a short time later, thanks to Durk's gracious accommodation of my itinerary (I was leaving the next day). I have now bought 4 collectible tiles; they are all exquisite in their own way. Most importantly, they bring great joy to myself and those who view them in my home and office. I have added a line item in my personal budget to allocate money for future purchases.

I honestly can't think of any areas which are in need of improvement, or any suggestions for change. Their website is attractive and easy to use; online ordering and delivery is seamless and flawless.

When one of the items I purchased after viewing online was found by my salesperson to be of lesser quality than originally described, he included a beautiful coffee table style book in my order to compensate for the discrepency. I am in NYC and ordered two large books from the Antique Tile Shop. Much to my amazement they arrived...from their shop in the Netherlands...just 7 days later.
