Specs and price of the bike are very good. Delivery took a little longer than specified on the website (took 3 weeks overall). When I reached to the shop, they answered my questions quickly and professionnally.

The bike was well packaged and sent on its' way the right time. The communication with the company and the help I received were good. If I were them I would use the older website since it contained more filters about choice. overall it was a good experience.

I received ordered Velo Orange fenders incomplete.The assembly parts were missing although bag was originally sealed by Velo Orange. Simple Bike Store stuff turned out to be very helpful and they replied on the spot. Finally after several days they sent all the missing parts .

While the shipping took much longer than anticipated, the staff always responded to my inquiries. An automated update every week or so on the expected shipping would be helpful, as it takes away some of the uncertainty. I’m very happy with my bike.

Aankoop van de fiets online ging prima. Voor montage gekozen ivm zwangerschap. De fiets bleek te klein voor mijn dochter, maar ruilen voor een grotere maat was geen optie en de fiets kon ook niet retour kreeg ik te horen per mail: “Hello, Unfortunately we don't have the Purple bike in 16inch size available. Besides, we already restocked the 14inch in Purple.” Ik viel 2 dagen buiten de online wettelijke retourperiode, dus niet mogen retourneren is hun recht, maar vind het qua service bar slecht.

Simplebikestore had the best price available for the specific type of bike I wanted. After ordering online (over a holiday) it took 2-3 weeks to ship out the bike, not 4-5 business days as specified on the website. No issues shipping quickly to Norway. The bike came as specified and has no issues. I am very pleased and will check their store again in the future if I am considering another bike. I do wish there was a wider variety of European and local options available for purchase but I understand that inventory is expensive and limited and can be difficult to come by.

Fahrrad wurde gekauft und schnell geliefert, alles gut. Karton war auch gut, eigentlich alles gut verpackt. Leider war eine Speiche verbogen, da muss irgendwas kräftig gegen gekommen sein.

E-mail Korrespondenz war sehr kurz angebunden, sonst aber alles gut.

Wasn’t 100% sure what bike was best for me and after emailing my preferences to them I got a long email with multiple options with details explaining each option. It really showed their knowledge but also their customer service. When collecting my bike they took the time to help me pick and attach multiple accessories and gave me lots of discounts. I’ll definitely be back on my next pay day.

I arrived at the shop, which turned out to be no longer available for customers to buy a bike. But the guy who worked there helped me to understandwhat kind of bike would suit me, and immediately offered me the bike that were on the spot... which were not many. I took a test drive. I really liked the bike, and he helped me to make the purchase on the spot... So thank you very much for being so understanding and for giving me the opportunity to buy a bike straight away, despite the fact that it can only be done in the online shop.

Goeie kwaliteit kinderfiets die in aanbieding was voor €314,00 inclusief btw en afhalen. kosten voor montage kwamen er nog bij kwamen van €30,00 Achteraf op de site van Bobbin gekeken en daar was hij nog veel scherper in de aanbieding voor € 237,95 inclusief btw en verzenden en ook zonder montage Voor een fiets van een kind voelt het wel ff alsof je genaaid word.
