I bought a rather expensive Wahoo Kickr Bike v2, and was a little afraid to make such a purchase from a web shop previously unknown to me. However, the chat support during my order process was really, really good, and after I had made the payment via a bank transfer the trainer was shipped fast, and arrived in just a couple of days. Overall a super smooth experience, and I can recommend The Simple Bikestore for everybody.

Ik heb een kinderfiets besteld voor de verjaardag van mijn dochter. Helaas duurde de levering vanuit de fabrikant een paar dagen langer dan aangegeven op de site. Simple Bike Store was echter goed te bereiken en ze hielden mij ook goed op de hoogte. Zodra de fiets in de winkel geleverd was hebben ze deze direct gemonteerd, zodat wij m op konden halen en deze nog op tijd was voor de verjaardag!

Hebben een mooie winkel met erg mooie fietsen en niet onbelangrijk; met vriendelijk en deskundig personeel. Ook de website werkt zeer prettig.

Via de site en What's ap contact gehad over een fiets, de specificaties waren niet goed vermeld doch na app contact meteen gewijzigd. Fiets zou op voorraad zijn en worden verzonden binnen 5 werkdagen, dit werden uiteindelijk 3 weken. Maar is dus goed gekomen ( tussentijds wel snel app contact gehad)

The product was of amazing quality and the communication was overall very good. Nonetheless, we waited more than 2-3 months longer than expected for the frame. That should have been stated beforehand.

I’ve ordered a frame which was listed in stock. 2,5 weeks later I got the shipping information, but the parcel did not move for about one week afterwards. After contacting the store they informed me that DHL has lost my parcel and they will try to recover it. Otherwise they will send me another frame. one week later I received the new shipping number, parcel hasn’t been moved since three days. I’ve ordered at the simple bike store because the Homepage said „frame in stock, shipping within 2-5 working days“ I am waiting for a month now and I am still waiting…

Wasn't happy with the tone and lack of helpfulness the email contact revealed after I bought the bike. When I buy a 3300€ bike I expect friendly conduct and a unboxing experience that makes me happy. Here I got a bag of mixed unlabeled spare parts with the bike. No willingness to support. I'd also expect better manuals with the bike.
