Fast delivery of an available bicycle
Just taken delivery of my new bike here in Spain. After a lot of online searching I came across Simplebikestore who had stocks of the bike I wanted - difficult to find here currently. They were very responsive to questions and I could find nothing negative about them on the Internet (clearly need to check things when buying online). Had a few issues making payment (online banking problem) but these were quickly resolved. Tracking of delivery could have been better but this due to the couriers systems. Arrived well packaged and no damage despite it's long transit to Spain. I would highly recommend Simplebikestore.
Der Ablauf der Bestellung war, rückwirkend betrachtet, zufriedenstellend und erwartungsgemäß. Während der Bearbeitung hätte ich mir im Webportal, mehr Informationen über den Bearbeitungsstand und den Auslieferungsstatus gewünscht. Das gleiche gilt für meine Anfrage über das Webportal, die leider nicht beantwortet wurde. Alles in allem bin ich mit der Abwicklung zufrieden. Die Produktqualität hat mich überrascht. Ich hatte mich, auf Grund des Preises, auf kleine Mängel eingestellt wurde jedoch positiv überrascht. Würde jederzeit einen Kauf wiederholen und sie weiterempfehlen. vielen Dank

I have ordered cinelli gazzetta bike Last july and it seems to constanly delay. First i was notice that it Will delayed to december. December i get noticed that my order will delayed on march. Last monday i send request by email to get info about my orders delivery time and no one has respond. Competitors like bikester have that same bike on their stock but for some reason this company can't deliver mine even though i have place the order allmost 10 month ago.
If i need something I will be nack as a customer.

Next day it was already handed over to DHL and it arrived to you with some transit delay for few days but we are not the transporter and we can't make shipment to move faster. I would say this is more to complain to DHL not to us as we did all pretty fast. :) Simple Bike Store Team

De fiets was niet voorradig, en de beloofde levertijd werd wel iets overschreden, daarbij was de communicatie niet heel gladjes, maar de fiets kwam netjes binnen en is precies wat ik wou. Lange levertijden zijn nu natuurlijk overal, dus is de winkel niet echt aan te rekenen. Jammer dat chroom molybdeen stalen fietsen ->zonder<- nutteloze, zware en slecht afgewerkte verende vorken zo zeldzaam zijn geworden in Nederland. Mensen, geloof me (als ex fietsenmaker), een verende vork is pas nuttig als deze een oliedemper in zich heeft, alles zonder dat is slechter dan een gewone starre vork! Stop met het kopen van die rommel! Deze Breezer is ontworpen door iemand die er verstand van heeft. Een hele lichte fiets met een heerlijke geometrie die zowel comfortabel is als sportief, zonder fratsen.

Unfortunately delays are not getting any better these days and communication with brands is also not as smooth as they are dealing with same questions every day but unfortunately due to different circumstances they can't really affect it either. I'm happy with my new bicycle. It was well packed for international shipping. Shop have thrown couple basic goodies: pedals, reflectors, bell. My only gripe is derailleur adjustment. It was pretty much off. On some gears it would jump up and down on rear cassette. Front derailleur was rubbing. Had to spent few hours learning how to adjust derailleurs.

We always recommend to assemble the bikes at local dealer as when the new bike is delivered there are some adjustments needed and it is normal that work has to be done. We also offer fully assembled bike delivery which costs extra, but then we do assembly and adjust all the things for you. Simple Bike Store Team

Ich hatte ursprünglich und aus Versehen das Beyond Viking in der Farbe Schwarz bestellt. Da ich jedoch doch Silber bevorzugte, schrieb ich den Jungs von Simplebikestore eine Mail. Am darauffolgenden Tag wurde ich angerufen und es wurde mir (in sehr gutem Deutsch!) erklärt, dass sie extra dem Kurier nachgefahren seien, um meine Bestellung zu ändern, da das Bike schon am Weg gewesen sei. Drei Tage später konnte ich das silberne Bike bei mir daheim in Österreich auspacken. Ich bin unglaublich happy über einen solchen Einsatz und das Bike ist erste Sahne! DANKE an das simplebikestore-Team! 100% Empfehlung!
Positives: Quick help prior to ordering. Shipped the bike fast. Negatives: They chose DPD as carrier when I paid for DHL during my order. I found out after they had shipped the bike. Bike arrived with a heavily damaged box and with scratches all over. Nealy a month has gone by and I do not have compensation for it. They avoid answering to my e-mails. The guys at the shop have no say about the situation. They refer me to the 'office' and to wait for DPD claim answer. But there is no phone number to the office. I just have to wait for e-mails reply that do not come. They were honest enough to accept they chose DPD instead of DHL because of the high costs with DHL. Cannot recommend them.
Dear Erind, Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on Saturday, the upcoming Tuesday it was shipped out. Bike arrived to you shortly after without exceeding our stated delivery terms. We do admit it was damaged in transit but it is responsibility of 3rd party service provider DPD. We have claimed to DPD the accident but they have procedure which takes 20 business days until they come up with the resolution which can be prolonged without any notice and we unfortunately can't affect it. I understand your concern that you wanted the solution faster but we could not do much at the situation and from the very beginning we offered an option to collect the bike from you and issue a refund as there where no other new unit to replace it with so we had 2 options - return or partial refund which we need to wait on DPD to get back to us. At the end we have sent you the touch up paint and issued a partial refund for the issue. I do understand that you had a bad experience and you do not recommend us to others but we have been there for you and never had intention to let you down. Hope we can make it up for you another time in the future.
Online een fiets computer (Wahoo Bolt v2 Bundle) besteld en gratis opgehaald in de winkel. Fijne zaak met goed advies. Laat hier ook altijd mijn fiets repareren. Kan ze zeker aanraden.

Service post transaction was great as we got informed about delay in shipping status and received regular updates on shipping time. What was rather poor is the quality of the bike. The rim was bended in a way which lead to a replacement. Also the two metal bars for the fender in the front had to be shortened in order to proper fit. For a bike with this price this is bad quality.
Bought a complete bike and was riding happily in just a few days
After my bike pre-order the owner of Simplebikestore inquired with Bombtrack and found out exactly my bike could be available this winter instead of next winter because someone else cancelled his pre-order. Excellent service! I wanted to make use of fietsenplan/fisc free. Simplebikestore facilitated this perfectly. They kept me updated during the waiting. Definitely would recommend them to anyone else.

Good experience. First, they happened to have goods in stock, which is not that common these days. I had to check a couple of details on the bike I was after before placing my order. I chatted and exchanged a couple of emails with Eddy and got things sorted out. I placed the order on Friday and received the goods in flawless condition the next Wednesday.
