The people from SBS know a lot about bicycles and listened very well to my preferences and criteria and chose the perfect bike together with me

I ordered two Buoy front fork bags. Ordering was easy and fast, delivery too. Still, for 70 euros as much as each bag costs, I expected to get a strap to tighten the bag, and I didn't get it, although when you look at the photo in the web store, it's in the picture.

I love the bike, the packing was good but the front wheel was between pedals , maybe some bumps crooked a little the front rim. I don't know if is possible to fix it, a brand new bike with a crooked rim annoying me. Thanks

Nachdem die Sendung tagelang nicht versendet wurde, wurde zugegebenermaßen schnell auf die Mailanfrage reagiert. Der Versand dauert aber statt den angegeben 5-7Tagen fast 2 Wochen und das Supunternehmen war nicht fähig meine Sendung zuzustellen, also auch hier wieder unnötige Telefonate und Organisationsstress. Man sollte meinen, dass wenn man sogar extra für den Versand bezahlt und es sich um einen Online-Bikestore handelt die Abläufe ohne Probleme und unkompliziert laufen sollten, das war leider nicht der Fall.

Good communication, fast shipping

Even though that most of the shops in Europe had a shortage in the Woom 4 bike, I was happy to find it at Simplebikestore and at a reasonable price. The bike was received well packed and protected. It was very easy to assemble. I would definitely buy again from you guys :)

Ordered my Road Runner Bouy bags, though they were out of stock, and they were waiting for new supply from the manufacturer. They sent them as soon as they were delivered, and i am very happy with the product

Loved the bag, the item was dispatched on time, all exactly as expected. I had issues with TNT not knowing where I lived and trying to send the package to a neighbour but that is no fault of simplebikestore. Will %100 use these guys again

Plenty of information about what was going on with my order, delivery was easy to track, came right on time and at the right address, with no damage to my order.

I contacted Bungi Bungi to see what they could say about their bikes, and how they could convince me to choose their bike over another brand, such as Rascal, Easy-Rider and so on. I received an honest reply, over several emails of question/comment response, and found the person I was dealing with, Mārtiņš, to be very enthusiastic. While I can't comment on a qualitiative comparison between my chosen bike and other brands, I can say that the bikes looks really great, and it was shipped really quickly. Overall, my experience with the Bungi Bungi has been a positive one, and I am please with the appearance and impression of the frame and attached/included parts.
