We ordered a Woom 2 bike when it was hard to find one available anywhere in Europe. The delivery was in time for our son's birthday (about a week), we communicated well with the support department and the bike is as great as they say :) Keep up the good work!

Smooth and very friendly

Der online shop funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt naemlich Seite wie fahrradxxl und fahrrad.de welche sehr langsam laden. Auch ist die Seite von Decathlon unheimlich langsam und clicks werden sark verzoegert registriert. Darueber hinaus sind die Fahreaeder klar in Rubriken gegliedert und somit habe ich sehr schnell das Fahrrad gefunden welches ich gesucht habe. Ueberhaupt ist das Sortiment genau nach meinem Geschmack und es gibt hier noch zwei Fabrraeder die ich mir im Laufe der Zeit kaufen wuerde. Die Lieferung wurde genau zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt durchgefuehrt. Das Fahrrad welches ich bestellt habe ist sehr ordentlich verpackt verschickt worden. Keinerlei Schaeden durch den Transport entstanden. Lediglich ein kleiner Lackschaden an der Scheibenbremsaufnahme, welcher aber durch die Montage selbst entstanden sein muss. Hier werde ich sicher noch oefter einkaufen.
