I was very lucky to get on the website the last 2020 Schindelhauer Ludwig for my size. I received the bike only one week after! I found the packaging not up the task for such a bike and the bike had small scratches (the support did not answered about this issue...).

The staff are very friendly, they kept the shop open for me even after the closing time for a whole hour, I could try as many test bikes as I wanted and the 6KU bike is great so far.

The staff at Simple Bike Store Rotterdam helped me in looking for the perfect bike, let me try out the ones that were in my range of interest and answered all my questions. The space is nice and their showroom inspiring. I advise any bike-geek to pay it a visit.

The service by mail was good and since I live near Rotterdam I had my bike send to the store. Delivery was fast (ordered monday and the bike was shipped and assembled on thursday) and the guys at the store were friendly. I returned a week later for a small defect in the saddle and they contacted the suplier. It still has to be resolved but I'm sure it will all be handled great.

From the moment I contacted Simple Bike Store via their online chat they have been amazing. None of my strange queries were too much. Always responding promptly to both chat and emails. They went out their way to help. My bicycle was shipped fast and arrived securely packed. I wish more shops were at this top standard. Highly recommend them in every way.

I absolutely recommend the simple bike store !! Only issue: they are a bit more expensive than other bike companies that sell singlespeed bikes/Fixies (I paid around 400 €, but one gets a bike around 200 € in good quality). The reason why I bought from them, is that they have all frame sizes (I needed a 60'). Apart from the prize, the bike is perfect, good job !!

I was ordering for delivery in USA, where new bike stocks are low. Despite the shipping company giving Simplebikestore a hard time, they quickly sorted it out at no impact to me and the bike arrived quickly and well packaged.

I had a problem come up with the shipping cost of my bike (due to covid) and they were responsive and professional in dealing with my overly frantic concern. The bike arrived quickly and in great condition once that problem was resolved. They really are the best here.

After an initial delay owing to holidays they were quick to answer queries and process our order for a bombtrack gravel bike. Delivery to France was also good. The gears and brakes needed a fair amount of tweeking, but was expecting this.

I ordered online as it seems all bikes in the UK are out of stock right now, and I received the bike earlier than I thought I would. They gave me clear and timely updates on the stages of my order and were very friendly and helpful when there was a manufacturer fault with the bike (not the store's fault), even providing a repair discount when I'd voided the warranty.

Ordered a model not available in Ireland. Ordering, service and delivery were flawless and it even arrived ahead of the expected date.
