Ordering from the UK can sometimes prove a challenge, especially now with the global restrictions on travel and movement of goods. The Bike Store team responded to all my queries really quickly, and kept me informed on progress. Ik was opzoek naar de triobike boxter e (elec bakfiets). In Antwerpen waren ze enkele €100 duurder. Heb nog nooit voor zo’n groot bedrag een online aankopen gedaan (€7000) uit schrik. Maar door de online chat/klantenservice werd er mij enorm veel uitleg gegeven. Collega Eddy is een aanwinst voor de zaak. Dankzij hem heb ik het gedurfd en ben erg tevreden. Het duurde 4 weken - dank u Corona - maar hij werd gemonteerd geleverd met een brede glimlach. Dank u simplebikestore!!

The point for me is being the communication. The chat online is really convenient. They answer very fast and clear. And they are pleasant and truthfull.

I was sent the wrong link for tracking because DPD was used instead of DHL. But is was sorted out. Apart from that, everything was pretty much perfect.

I ordered a Wahoo KickR in April, knowing they were sold out all over the world, and anxious that it would arrive at all. SimpleBike Store took care of all my questions, were immediate in responding, kept me up to date as to where the boat was on its way to Holland, and delivered the box in record time to Spain with an amusing email and tracking number included. Found the bike I wanted which was out of stock everywhere else, I was surprised that it arrived in just a few days (had expected more delays due to COVID-19) and the delivery tracking information was excellent. Informative emails are nice and cute too.

I’ve been after the Pelago Brooklyn in Kaisla colour for ages and out of stock everywhere. Found it by chance on the Simple Bike Store and was so happy to receive it quickly with cheap overseas shipping. Unfortunately it did arrive a little damaged (small dent and scrape to the frame) - this looked from the box to have happened in transit. However, my email was quickly answered and a fair discount was swiftly processed. Great experience and so happy with my new wheels. Thanks so much!

Like rest of the world during COVID-19 I was looking for a bike. I wanted a specific State model that was sold out everywhere in the US. Contacted customer service ahead of time about a couple models. They responded immediately with really helpful and accurate information. Placed an order with a smooth ordering process. Delivery time was decent considering the times we are in now and shipping to the US. When I checked in on the progress there was an immediate update provided. Bike arrived in flawless condition and rides like a dream. Would recommend to anyone.
