Sehr guten Deal im Sale bekommen, netter und schneller Kundensupport, Fahrrad top geliefert.

Verbesserungspunkte

Leider hat sich der Versand meines Fahrrads um zwei Wochen verzögert. Nach einer kurzen Nachricht an den Kundensupport habe ich aber direkt Auskunft erhalten und wurde dann auch schnell versendet. Wäre hier direkt ein Hinweis an mich rausgeschickt worden sein, ohne dass ich hätte nachfragen müssen, hätte es die Bestnote gegeben :)

Communication was great, all was smooth.

Not sure if the inventory was old but tube AND tire popped on the first ride, this was not a ground issue but a material issue. Also would love to know that the bike was assembled very easily and I could have saved the money spent on the shop. The fork was pre cut, the bottom bracket was in, the chain didnt need cutting etc.

Valdis worked with me for eleven full months on a custom e-bike that was shipped from Netherlands to USA. Every step of the way, he was very responsive, knowledgeable about everything bike related, and helpful with the changes I requested after placing my original order. One thing I am most appreciative for is that Valdis was able to find a way to ship a lithium ion battery pack internationally, no easy feat! I am very satisfied with my entire experience with Simple Bike Store and recommend them highly!
