Excellent service. Had to return my bike because the frame was too small, but they did not make a problem out of it. I could exchange it for a new one, which was prepared in the shop in a few hours time. Highly recommend it

Communication was perfect. I had delays during my shipping and they always very swift in replying my messages and keeping me posted on updates.

Suggestions

Delays on the shipping. I was promised 4 days delivery on a backorder bike and I had to wait 28 days. I understand was not their fault tho.
