I got the bicycle delivered in July 2018 and I can not drive it today. I informed simplebike and asked me to hand over a working bicycle. The bike cost 6.020,00 €. I have received a written confirmation that the bike will be repaired but until today the 3.10.2018 nothing happened and simplebike does not react anymore. I also resigned from the contract on time and asked to take the bike back. That did not happen until today. The 6,020.00 € has been retained by simplebike. Antonia Juli 2018 habe ich das Fahrrad geliefert bekommen und ich kann bis heute nicht damit fahren. Ich habe simplebike informieren und gebeten mir ein funktionierendes Fahrrad zu übergeben. Das Fahrrad hat 6.020,00 € gekostet. Ich habe eine schriftliche Zusage erhalten das das Fahrrad repariert wird aber bis heute den 3.10.2018 ist nichts passiert und simplebike reagiert überhaupt nicht mehr. Ich bin auch fristgerecht vom Vertrag zurückgetreten und gebeten das Fahrrad zurück zu nehmen. Auch das ist bis heute nicht passiert. Die 6.020,00€ hat simplebike dennoch behalten. Antonia

nette winkel met veel keuze ook goede begeleiding in keuze koop, testen van de fietsen was geen probleem. groot voordeel is dat de mensen daar echt fietsfanaten zijn die zelf ook van goede en mooie fietsen houden.

the place to be when you're on the road and something is wrong with your bike: opening hours up to 9 PM (and they might work longer too!), so you can get your bike fixed at night and are ready to roll early the next day! A bunch of friendly, relaxed (German?) guys with a lot of swag

I had some issues with the order and left a bad review of my purches but the same day i got a call from Eddy. Eddy helped me locate my order and it turns out it was all the delivery-company here in sweden who messed up the whole order. I finally got my bike, wish had been here over a week, and put it all together and it looks amazing! BIG thanks to Eddy!

Ingen manual för hur jag skulle montera cykeln men efter ett tag fick jag ihop den
