Fijne en snelle levering
The first negative review I've ever written of a company in my entire life. due to the truly remarkable stubbornness displayed by this company and it's representatives. I ordered a pair of pants for Black Friday. I'm between sizes and took a gamble on the size 34. What I received was a size 32, as indicated by the inner tag that said '32', and the waist circumference which matched the size chart provided by the manufacturer. The outer (attached) tag said 34. Now, one human with logic could therefore realize something's up, since these two numerical values on these tags are not alike. Still, with that in mind and image proof combined with measure tape laid out in front of them, this company took the high road and implied the garment in front of me is in fact not saying what it does, nor has the proportions as photographed by myself for their convenience. When provided with the fact that the second pair of these pants I bought from another retailer was tagged correctly, contradicting their cited claims, they stopped responding to my points and gave non-answers instead. All I wanted was a mere 17EUR refund for the shipping I ended up paying in frustration, but unfortunately reality did not prevail this time. Now, basic math would indicate this company has spent more time in salaried time responding to my emails then what a refund would've cost them. That in itself gives me some solace, and perhaps tells me there is some deeper poetic justice in all of this.
Dear Ludwig, I am sorry for the issue with your order but a we have informed you about the situation previously that we are not manufacturer of Chrome Industries pants. Therefore all discrepancies in sizing and/or materials in cases like this should be communicated with the Chrome Industries directly and we have done it for you in this case. We have never stopped responding to you - we have simply emailed the manufacturer and have been waiting for their reply on this matter where we have explained to them that we do not agree with their statement refusing the fact their labelling is not correct. It is not something we can affect despite the fact we want to make sure sizing is correct we are not the ones producing this item and it never came to our mind that something like this could be the case where it does not correspond to what it should be. Therefore we have been standing on your side and asked for compensation from their side once we received the return shipment from you since we could measure and compare the return with other pairs and have better picture about the situation. Once we hear back from the manufacturer we will for sure refund the return shipping costs (but for now have refunded the product itself in full) and hopefully will be able to provide compensation for the inconveniences caused but please understand that it is holiday time all across the globe and getting an answer during this time of the year takes longer than usual as most bike related businesses are closed. quick replies and attractive commercial proposition
Despite my order dating from August and making its way to me in November, the store managed to update me whenever I would ask for details and info. For information, I ordered a Cowboy during the most difficult time (Cowboy brand shipping and stock problems), thus the bike took a huge delay. However, despite receiving false information from the e-bike company, the customer service here remained patient with me and Cowboy, and eventually managed to deliver me a great back that rides amazingly. Additionally, for the trouble, they compensated me with a nice voucher that helped me buy some accessories for the bike.

The service from the store is superb. The staff goes extra mile for their customers. The responses from the store have been quick and timely. Martin is willing to share his thoughts and knowledge so that I could make an informed decision. A bit of context, my son is 100cm and I was leaning towards to get Woom 3 instead of Woom 2, for his first pedal bike. After Martin highlighted a small difference of 5-7cm in height means a lot to a toddler. So I decided to have Woom 2. It was perfect. My son able to pedal on his 2nd try. He could get the bicycle up himself after a fall. Delivery is quick too! Just go for this store for your purchase =)
On 27 August 2023, I ordered a Cowboy Cruiser +, colour sand, as the website offered 15% off every article, knowing that the website presented “In Stock in our Warehouse”. Instead of 3.339, I paid 2.878,10 with 39,95 euros of shipment included. Over the first week, I asked customer service about the estimated arrival of the bike. From there, I was presented with charts from the article description, stating 59 days, which I found confusing since it said, “In Stock”. I decided to swap my order with the Cruiser St + Black since it said only ten days to get to the EU. Once they confirmed the swap, they told me that on 15 September, the bike would arrive at the store and be ready to be shipped to me – however, nothing. On 22 September, I emailed about refund options. Immediately, customer service informed me that Cowboy shipped the Cowboy Cruiser + sand instead – despite swap confirmation – and that it would arrive in the next week. On 30 September, I received an email from the shop confirming the store’s order for the bike and its delivery in the upcoming week. Once again, the bike seemed to be on its way. On 2 October, Martin informed me that the bike might arrive at the shop in the following days. Still, I did not receive updates following. It's useless to tell me you have no control over what Cowboy says or does; if you state information via email to a client, don't get frustrated if we spam back when that information is continuously false. The least I asked is to be updated. It doesn't matter that nothing has changed with the order, but at least I will be aware of it so I can count on the service to inform me in case of actual shipping. Update after delivery: I posted a recent review stating the final arrival of the bike and the generous actions from customer service.
