I needed a set of filters for my old Iseki tractor. These were not available in the UK and other companies in the EU would not supply to countries outside of the EU.

But from ny dealer I have received a clutch for Iseki TU1600, an item from TrakPartz. That became wrong, I have received a 20 spline clutch, I see now that I shal have an 18 spline. The dealer must ask the traktor owner first. Now I have got a problem and have to make a complaint and get another clutch. Your search page do not have the 18 spline as an alternative, I see there is only a warning on some of the pages for 20 splines, there are pages in search for 29 splines and for 14 splines.

Part arrived within 3 weeks of placing order. Was unable to source this part locally, and was concerned about purchasing internationally. Concerns negated. Thankyou for the efficient service. What a surprise in the current environment

If you are looking for the right parts for your tractors, this is the company to deal with as they have a good variety and choice of parts, and their customer service is beyond excellent!

Cannot fault TracPartz who responded to my order within the hour and had it dispatched just a promptlly. UPS courier on the other hand cancelled delivery twice and then could not give a date as they claimed we were located in a remote area. Our office is 400meters from the main road serving one of the larggest industrial areas in the centre of Cornwall.

Not too bad… the rad was slightly different to the original.. the belt was totally wrong… I ordered a V belt and I got a toothed belt!!

It was a great experience! Website works well and makes it easy to find the right parts with all the necessary information. It was the only place I could find the right water pump so I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for our tractor needs, as I'm sure we will need more bits in the future to keep this little Land Hope 217 going for another 30 years... Next day delivery is also a big bonus.

They listed the part I wanted, even under the Thornycroft model number from 35 years ago. Web automatically removed EU VAT with my UK delivery address. Excellent delivery partner.
