Mit den Artikeln bin ich sehr zufrieden, mit der schnellen Lieferung auch. Ich vermisse viele Artikel, die ich die letzten Jahre hier gekauft habe und hoffe, sie kommen wieder ins Sortiment. Ansonsten alles ok.

great products, but unfortunatly there is always a lot not in stock at site. And I wish there was better information like, what material and sizes the product are, that is something that is not good. And I feel the shipping is a bit expensive in conparison with other companies in Netherlands

. I have purchased from yourself a good few times and have been mostly very happy . But on a few occasions some of my items where broken or damaged and when I emailed yourselfs I didnt recieve an email back . Also some of your stock is out of stock a good while now . Afew times I have ordered and items where in stock at the time that I ordered them but when its delievered to me them items are refunded saying where out of stock this has happened to me a good few times and I was very disapointed . But over all its a very good wholesalers x

Not all products are stock but the product they have are good from quality. Good service

The products are great and I really appreciate the fast shipping. I do however miss environmentally friendly practices, such as plastic-free and recycled packaging. All of the products I receive are wrapped in plastic unnecessarily and you can easily find many good packaging alternatives to plastic nowadays. Also, I really miss having information about the origin/sustainability on the products page. I believe it's important to know where the products come from and who made them. For example, the Palo Santo, white sage and etc... Where were they harvested? In what way? Are they organic?

Hello. I have been adviced to cooperate with you from Shrinivas Sugandhalaya. I chose many products (over €1000) for a first purchase. However, I was unable to pay for it (not mine, nor card's fault), so we agreed to pay by bank transfer. Since then there was no order info update, so I had to ask TWICE what is current status of my order. All has taken quite a long time. then I was informed about planned shipment. After that I was informed, tah many products form my order are unavailable and I will get refund. Why don't you conatact me and let me choose another products??? this is very questionable behavior as I could have chosen another products to be able to fill my eshop stock items and use 10% off for purchase over €1000. I was given a discount (freight for free) but I would still rather choose more products if some are unavailable.

Delivery was fast and good. The products were also good.

Jammer dat product op de site op voorraad staat en niet geleverd word. Goloka lavendel. Is nu de derde keer dat ik het niet geleverd krijg

Produits conformes, bien emballés tout est ok à l’arrivée. Délai de livraison top et pas de surprise à l’arrivée les produits sont comme sur la photo.

It costed some time to order but now all is clear. Fast delivery and no problems with the package.

Good products and good callcenter, shipping can be faster and some product were not available when i already orderd. Also on the website a lot of...out of stock.
