I really like this store - good assortment, qualified staff. All problems related to the order were solved quickly and easily.

I did have an issue at first my account does not show up my orders, so when I enquired where was it after 2 emails I got an answer once this was done everything else was very quick. My only other concern is some of the items in the description it say quantity 4 but you only actually receive 1. But I’m looking forward to placing my next order.

Placing the order was ok, but a huge amount of stock missing from the order due to not being in stock. I did request alternative items but this didn’t happen. It’s also both annoying and inconvenient that I can’t print an invoice after placing order via PDF, instead I had to print about 30 pages by going onto each page on invoice via website. I only received invoice of items I received by email the day the order arrived, which delayed the staff in unpacking items as I had to price everything first. No invoice included in delivery so staff couldn’t “check off” the items. A lot of sprays etc doesn’t list the ingredients which is against EU legislation, meaning we risk the possibility of a law suit if a customer got an allergic reaction. Description of goods on website is poor. Overall the items seem good quality but major improvements are needed to make customer experience more sufficient and speedy, which means I’m in no hurry to return as it caused a lot of frustration with my staff (and me!).

the people are very friendly and helpful, orders are dispatched quickly. It is a pity that quite a few items have been out of stock for some time now and that the website is not very accurate. 1/3 of the items I ordered were not available after all. They money was returned quickly.

The company is great. Fast shipping. Wonderful products and great customer service. I will definitely recommend to others.

Fast and efficient service

We could still order some items on the website that were not available in the end. We immediately received a refund, which was great. Still for the future it would be amazing if you could only put the items in the shop that are available.

Loved what I got, disappointed I was refunded what was not available as that was what I wanted the most.

I overall liked my first purchase experience. The products came very well wrapped, easy to check against order codes. If I can suggest an improvement is regarding the stock levels. When I placed my order all the products were available, but I didn't received a few items (all good with refund, it was very quick). But then checking the website again the products were available. Maybe when an order is placed the products could already be "reserved". Not a big deal, just a potential improvement. I plan to order again soon.

Producten zijn super! Goede prijs. Leuke webshop. Jammer dat wij geen antwoord krijgen op een kleine schade melding.
