Ordered 2 weeks ago, got confirmation. After that nothing.... After reaching out the problems were solved. But just a notification mail about the delay would have saved a lot of stress on both sides.

Wide range of well-chosen incense & related products. Efficient service. Recommended.

Toujours une belle proposition de produits

Communication and service are always prompt aswell as kind, shipments accurate. Thank you for everything, wishing merry christmas and happy new year to the entire team.

Personal approach and care towards the customer!

Many thanks for your wonderful work again and the best support i have experienced! Even it is such a big company in the busiest time of the year! The contact person stays the same and that gives such a trustful, personal customercare. Email-answers are really quick and helpfull and supporting whatever is possible to make best for the customer. Thank you, Ibrahem - that really makes a difference. Have a wondeful christmas time, everyone Sandra

I made an order 24 of November and it arrived 8 of December. I didn't see that it said it would take that long, and missed the purpose of my order. I also contacted to see if it could be send earlier seeing that I had a deadline and thought I had been out in good time, but no.

I had a great experience with this shop. The communication was very quick and friendly, and they were efficient and clear in answering all my questions. My order was shipped promptly, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

They are always there to help, very kind and professional service. I love all the products from green tree especially the incense and gemstone candles. They deliver quick, I would totally recommend!

Perfect fast service

Wide selection of quality products for good prices. Whenever you have a question or an issue with your order, customer service replies quickly and kindly. Solutions are given immediately. Overall, a great company that does an amazing job!

The quality of products are really good. Inicially it took time to ship my package, but the issue was solved and communication with customer service was great. Thank you, coming back for more!

I’m absolutely delighted with my order! The Palo Santo sticks smell pure and authentic, and the smudge bundles are beautifully made and wrapped with care. You can really feel the quality and positive energy in every piece. Everything arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. Highly recommend!

Thank you!

Very helpful service. There went something wrong with DHL to deliver the package at my adress, Eastern trading was very helpful therefor DHL could deliver the package on time. The quality of the products is good and the delivery was complete.

alles was netjes verpakt en snel verzonden daar houden we van

Good and reliable supplier with excellent customer service.

good price - good product fast delivery

Einen halben Stern Abzug gibt es, weil man Artikel bestellen kann, die es zur Zeit nicht gibt und mich das seit Jahren ärgert. Ansonsten hat sich die Firma sehr gut entwickelt und ich bin durchaus zufrieden.

Had ordered and asked them to ship it on priority; and they did that. Shipped it the same day.

Love this company, FINALLY got around to ordering again from them

Very good quality products. The incense is not stale, but fresh, well dried and aromatic. Plus, the prices are really good. You can see that they care about their customers, offering them top-shelf, diverse, niche products. Great shop – I love it. I recommend it with full responsibility.

Een duidelijke website en een snelle dienstverlening. Absoluut geen klachten.
