High Quality Incense, impressive and unique packaging, Fantastic combination of stick and cones in the Green Tree range - flat boxes - such a selection is seldom found from our other brands, Nandita, Goloka and 'Om' (Bombay incense co). We appear to be lucky enough to be the only outlet in UK - it would appear except from Amazon and EBay who can not offer the essential customer service which we provide at our Artisan Markets, and various Ethnic Festivals, Air Shows and local Stately Home Fairs and we are very privileged to have visited their warehouse in Rotterdam, meeting Daniel and John and found it amazing, they have lines which do not appear on the web site but we know could be a potential product we may trial in UK and we have spoken to the guys about it. Although I would recommend Green Tree because out of all our Incense suppliers, they are the best - I also do not wish to recommend them as our current 'exclusive outlet' status is unique and this enables us to provide an outstanding product. The free samples of incense are excellent (we also get these from Nandita and Om Bombay Incense suppliers) they really encourage return custom and is a brilliant way to show we are not just here to sell incense but we care about these products, value our customers opinions on new lines and it makes us stand out from other sellers.
SuggestionsGreater details needed on web site, whole site needs re-vamp to keep it in line with other wholesalers web sites - perhaps employ a dedicated web site manager. Perhaps a sale section could be considered, as customers in Europe may prefer different products to our customers in the UK. We recently brought errors on their web site to their attention and this highlighted the need to amend certain products.
