I only ask that you correct a small error in the product packaging. You always compensate us. but it is better to change the approach to packaging for distant countries. Now there are many different methods. It really hurts us when broken products arrive.

Si algunos productos estuvieran más baratos compraria mas. El listado de productos de la web es engorroso, me gustaria ver todos los productos en una sola lista y no se puede.

Wholesale prices are convenient and so the minimum order, and shipping was fast. but after placing my order I received a notification of a partial refund with no explanation. When contacting the customer service to have more information I never got any reply, I discovered only once the parcel was delivered to me that the reason of the partial refund was because some of the products on my order have not been sent, although still showing in stock in the webstore. I never had any explanation for the missing products, so this leaves me with doubts regarding their reliability and customer service. The brass incense holders I received had some minor scratches. The rest of the products were ok.

Unfortunately several items seemed to be out of stock in our latest delivery.
