Eastern trading supply a lot of similar products i sell in the heaven shop, and there are some we cannot get in the UK. 'Green tree' is a company we love, and your range is excellent. I like to supply a range of quality incense and Eastern trading is one of them.

Since years we are customers from Eastern Trading and all the time we stand in very good and warm contact. Never we had problems or discussions! We like Ibrahem, who is allways very kind and helpfull. With the products and with the delivery we were allways satisfied! At the last delivery we had some problems and we get no answer to our emails. So we send a bad review, because we could not understand, that we get no answer. But directly after our review we got a telephone call from eastern trading. In this call they informed us, that we send our emails to a wrong email adress. So they could not send us an answer because they didn’t get the mail. It was our fault. Now very fast everything is sortet and we are very happy with it. We allways can recommend this company!!!

Love using this company, products are of excellent quality, good communication,the website is easy to navigate and ordering is quick and easy. The only downside is the delivery company UPS ,they delivered my order but wouldn't leave it as I needed to pay freight,never happened to me before, when I've ordered in the past. I thought this was included when I payed on ordering.

Dear Eastern Trading Team, We ordered 40 pcs of Abalone shell, code 7434630256279 (approx. 15 to 16 cm), but we received Abalone shell length approx. 13 cm, please see photos. The difference in the price of 40 pieces is 29.2 €. We expect a credit note and next time that we receive the goods actually ordered. We now have a quantity od abalone 12 - 15 cm in stock that we don't need. But we have no shell 15 - 16 cm. Everything was resolved to our satisfaction, thank you very much.
