Bonjour vraiment très mal passé.plusieurs articles retiré et envoyé sans prévenir sa fait cher l'envoi pour si peu cordialement

Very good quality products, good prices. Couple of times we ordered and paid for products that they have not on stock. That is frustrating.

Last two orders - you haven't sent me goods which seems to be On Stock. Twice. Twice the same pattern. Goods are On Stock, but then are excluded from the order. Why? no one communicates with me explaining me the situation nor offering other solution (wait for stock up or choose another product).

As always, the ordered items were shipped quickly. It is a pity that out of stock items are out of stock for years. Better remove them from the website then.

Je ne comprend pas comment cette société existe encore ils sont incompétent a chacune des mes commandes erreur articles pas en stock, il faut pleuré pour les avoirs, la marchandise, il n'arrive même pas a mettre la main sur les virements. c'est vraiment a chaque fois un grand n'importe quoi. Vraiment très décevant. comme a chaque fois que je commande. Il temps qu'ils se remettent en question.

Long time customer, but first time buyer via online purchase with credit card. Not all ordered items shipped and invoice was adjusted to reflect only the items shipped. Set appointment with customer service to discuss situation. With one 15 minute call everything was explained and we know what to expect with future online orders. Poala was very helpful in trying to arrange shipment of my stock to Cyprus however I believe there is a massive gap in the market which I was trying to tap into by using your company. We have 8 million visitors alone to my area with tourism plus i distribute stock island and EU wide. I no longer use products from EU countries due to VAT and Duty plus shipping costs and I am desperate to find an independent supplier other than Ancient Wisdom who seem to be the only wholesaler willing to invest their time to find a competitive shipping courier other than UPS (the most expensive) . AW have just completed a small order of 56 kilos for 39.99 which arrived in Cyprus 3 days after purchase with DHL. I have also purchased 97Kilos of candles reluctantly from the UK with a shipping cost of 140 Euros?? If you have a change of heart and wish to work with my business and help arrange a cheaper way to get produce over to a EU country then please let me know as I do love your products. Also I have not received my refund yet for the amount of 408.88 Euros through PayPal 10 days later which I spent with you as payment was required upfront before you could give me the ridiculous rate of 367 Euros to ship 2 boxes?????

I had 3 Tibetan bowls broken in the package. I'm surprised that a normally large group like Estearn doesn't do a bit of monitoring in the quality of these packages. I frequently order on Eastern and I wouldn't do a good ad for the future, that's for sure. Very often I had small problems with my order, it's painful. I'm currently stuck with my return ticket because I don't have the right barcode. I find it incredible that in 2022 we manage to send satellites into space but we cannot return packages. I will study the possibility of changing incense supplier. Thank you very much, good job.

It was my second order. It's more so that I love your smudges, but if I find another company who works quicker and has the same or better quality products, I will go there. It almost takes a week in stead of 48h before my package is being send to me. Also your stock is not always as available as it says on the website.

Seems that the stock system works ok and the shipping is fast.
