We were hesitant about using a company in Europe to acquire a collectible and send to Australia. We checked Kristalonline through various review sites and they looked good. So we went ahead with the purchase. Our experience was perfect. The item arrived promptly; was as described; and it was extremely well packed. A much easier process than some online purchases we have made in our country.

I tried to find a particular item and found it at Kristalonline. I did have difficulty in paying to begin with but the seller was so kind, helpful and patient and when I received it the item is lovely and just exactly what I was wanting! Excellent seller all round. This bit is nothing to do with the seller but be aware of import duties and tax if buying from the UK as we're no longer in the EU. The charges are nothing to do with the seller, they cannot avoid them as they don't set them. This is just as a warning because it can come as a shock. I knew in advance so was prepared.

I ordered an item £560. A short while later I received a letter stating that a customs charge for £80+ needed to be paid before delivery. I messaged yourselves asking why there was not a message on the site stating that customs duty might apply. I was told it was Brexit. If I had been aware that customs duty would be applied especially for this high amount, I would not have ordered it.

I have bought several Swarovski pièces from Kristalonline. Delivery times are always short which is very much appréciated . Kristalonline is a fantastic store for those who look for retired collections. The ‘back in store ´ alert is very much appreciated as well. I highly recommend this store. Highly professionnal in all respects.
