Highly professional company, I found a rare Swarovski item & to be honest I was wary regards buying online, but from start to finish I realized I had nothing to worry about. I bought a beautiful rare item which was superbly packaged for international delivery & received an item in A1 mint condition. Terrific communication throughout, & the parcel arrived within days, I highly recommend.

I was not 100% sure when I ordered my 1000 euros Swarovski macaws because I did not know the website. I was reassured by the fact that I could pay using PayPal, so I ordered. It was a very very good surprise! Great price. Authentic product with the box. Sent very quickly to France and with much care. I am delighted. I will most certainly order again and very happy to have discovered this website.

Everything was perfect but the shipping duration, it is not their fault so i'll say 5 stars but pay attention if you order from France

First of all I must say Kristalonline are excellent, it is one of the few ways of getting discontinued swarovski and the 3 pieces of swarovski I received were excellent, as always.... However, I am resident in the UK and the 3 pieces in total came to £300 which is above the import duty threshold of £135, however 2 of the pieces were less than £135. I fully accept that it is ultimately my fault for not realising the pieces would attract import duty, however, I would appreciate, and expect, that I should have been made aware of the possibility of having to pay import duty. When I log into the site, it picks up I am resident in the UK, when I enter my address it knows I am in the UK. We are not long out of the EU so we do remember the good old tax free days and we are still coming to terms with the fact we now have to pay import duty. As kristalonline are aware that I will have to pay import duty why can't they put a note on the order screen that import duties may be payable, it would certainly help us in the UK, coming to terms with the new procedures Finally and this is a minor criticism, kristalonline could have split the order into 3 packages so the duty would only have had to be paid on the one item over £135 in value, whilst this may have incurred additional shipping charges it would have been less than the £90 import duty. As mentioned before, I am a big fan of kristalonline and will continue to use them, I just wish they could help more with giving us an idea that import duty may need to be paid. NB I did email this to kristalonline following the delivery but received no response

I am SCS member, and I buy cheaper in Kristalonline than in Swarovski website, with similar quality of the services (time for receiving the package, for example). Probably this is indicating that something goes wrong with Swarovski, but Kristalonline is offering a very good service at a very good price

I had an issue where a small piece of crystal had fallen off and a piece broke off when it hit the floor. They were kind enough to send me another piece and the kit to glue it back on! They also had offered to reimburse me if I sent it out to be fixed but we chose to repair it ourselves. They answered every email right away and were very friendly and took care of us and made sure we were satisfied. I will definitely do business with them again!!
