I received my cases and loved them all. My daughter knocked my phone out of my hand and it cracked the case, I contacted customer services and within a couple days I had a reply and they have sent me a new one. Absolutely fantastic customer service! And great cases too- 12 month warranty is also fantastic with a little one on the go!
La calidad de la funda y las fotos es buena, pero no los acabados. A pesar de especificar bien el modelo de mi teléfono...monta un poco en la cámara trasera y no encaja bien.

Received a bad quality case at the beginning of December. After sending photos I was told I would be sent a new case out immediately. I then started to get ignored so I emailed. After sending photos again and having to repeat myself I was told a new case was being sent out immediately. Still have received a case and nos they are trying to make say they are doing me a favour by not asking me to send it back and coming up with other solutions. I just want a new, good quality case sending.

So easy to do, this is the second case I have ordered from yourselves. My partner loved the quality of the first one I had to order him one this time aswell.

I paid extra for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. After emailing several times asking where the product was, I was simply sent a tracking number and told “it’s on its way”. “On its way” meant that it was 500 miles away in another country sat in a depot for 6 days. I’ve emailed multiple times asking for resolution on the extra payment made for guaranteed delivery and I was told “we’re busy, someone will be in touch when we’re not busy”. Had I know that my order wasn’t going to arrive before Christmas I simply would not have ordered it. Terrible customer service. Don’t use them unless you enjoy being fobbed off and paying extra for a service that isn’t improved. The only thing I received additionally was an additional lack of effort and respect. Everything I have written here is correct and if you actually look into my problem you’ll notice someone promised to get in touch with me on 3rd January, which I am still waiting on an email for…
