Nobody answers on my questions

It was a horrible shopping experience for me. I have read the information about "free shipping over 50 €" information but the system was not applying the discount.
About that: It is NOT my problem that your web page is wrong. You PROMISE a discount in your page, but you ARE NOT applying it. This is FORBIDDEN by LAW. I don't know, how you can proceed like that.
Anyway, it is so clear that you have communication problems.
- I have contacted over WhatsApp Channel, NO ANSWER
- I have called over WhatsApp Channel, NO ANSWER
- I have sent a direct email, NO ANSWER
- I have placed the order, NO PROGRESS
I had to call the phone line (and pay for the phone call) in order to receive my answers, and it was so clear that my order was processed after my call, it was not even checked beforehand.
if you DON'T plan to answer to WhatsApp or Email, please just REMOVE them from your web page. I don't have to LOSE MY TIME because of your not-working procedures.
I plan NOT TO USE your website anymore. I don't want to go through this awful process again.
